Allergic Reactions are never fun. It\’s different, but not less dangerous, if you have allergic response in food or drug, or even have hereditary allergy, but if you have the form of allergy that gives you unkind response to what you inhale, then that\’s a social life killer.

All allergies, whatsoever kind they are, are all every bit as unsafe. Let\’s be clear on that. But breathed in allergies are, hands down, the worst social life killer. You can dodge getting allergic reactions to drug and food by merely not taking or consuming them. But breathed in allergies, there are events that you don\’t get a say on what tiny particles the air around you has.

What if your honey asks you for a picnic but you know you won\’t be able to enjoy the lovely surrounding because you certainly will wind up sneezing endlessly after inhaling the nearby flowers\’ pollen.

How about shunning riding in a convertible with pals on countryside streets because even a tiny speck of breathed in dirt could set off your skin rash? For some, they can\’t even enjoy giving or receiving flowers because that would just give them a bout of watery eyes and runny nose. The saddest part is, some can\’t even have pets at home simply because they are allergic to them.

Talk about major social life buzz kill!

Those are just \”mild\” symptoms a person with inhaled allergy can get. Rather than taking pleasure in a romantic picnic afternoon or a wild road trip with pals, you get to stay home in fear that you would only spoil the fun for everyone.

There are antihistamines you can get, but some, if not most of them, can render you drowsy enough to make you miss out on the fun totally. They may be far from perfect, but they are your smartest bet when confronted with a situation that activates your allergic reaction. Because the only other thing that can heal your inhaled allergic reactions is to avoid getting them in the first place.

Better arm yourself with antihistamines wherever you go. Choose the labels that are non-drowsy. It\’s best to be prepared since you never know when will you need it. And of course, have a physician look into your allergies. There might be something else he or she may prescribe that will aid you.
